Free Shipping Eligibility: We are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. “Contiguous United States” refers to the lower 48 states in North America (including the District of Columbia). Please note, this offer is exclusive to U.S. customers and does not extend to orders from Canada.

Billing Information: Please provide your billing/mailing address in the first address space.

Shipping Information: Enter your physical address and P.O. Box (if you have one).

Shipping Carriers: All orders ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS during normal business hours (not including weekends or holidays). Jake Sales will determine the best carrier for fastest, most reliable service based on your area and reserves the right to upgrade your service at no additional charge. Large, bulky or heavy items are more likely to ship via UPS or FedEx. Priority Overnight or Next Day Air items are shipped during normal business hours, not including weekends and holidays.

Expedited items received prior to 12pm Mountain Time are shipped same day during normal business hours, not including weekends and holidays.  Expect product arrival 2 to 3 days after shipping.

Please note: Given our rapid shipping process, any modifications, including cancellations, to your order should be made soon after ordering. For orders placed on weekdays, we ask that you contact us on the same day of your order, as packaging takes place within this timeframe.

How do I return an item?

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to the following address:

Special Order Products and Returns:
Products that are labeled as "Special Order", "No Refund" or "No Return" are not subject to our normal return policies. These products are not normal stock items - all sales are final.

Please note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and shipment must arrive at Jake Sales in sellable condition. Original Shipping Cost (the amount Jake Sales paid to get the product to you) will be deducted from the refund on returns, plus a potential restock fee. Original packaging is required for returns.
