Chain Link Fence Gate Hold Back

"Duck Bill" Gate Hold-back keeps your gate open eliminating need to hold it.
Simply install a 1-5/8" to 2-3/8" outside diameter post in the best position for the gate and fasten the "Duck Bill" to that.
Install with "duck head" down and "duck bill" out. Gate passes over the catch and holds in place
If you are using 180 degree hinges you can install the hold-back on the fence itself eliminating the separate post
Releasing the gate is easy, just trip the hold-back with your toe.
