Spring Type Chain Link Fence Automatic Gate Spring Closer

  • This gate closer comes in two sizes: either a 1-3/8" x 1-7/8" (2") or a 1-3/8" by 2-3/8" (2-1/2")
  • Rust proof aluminum construction for low maintenance and to prevent corrosion
  • Light duty gate spring closer internal springs will close the gate when opened in either direction
  • Designed to be used with a standard sized chain link gate with a 1-3/8" gate frame and 1-7/8" or 2-3/8" gate post.
  • One self closer should work for a standard man sized chain link gate, however two (2) are recommended for best results
  • Chain link gate closer includes the necessary bolts/nuts for installation
  • The manufacturer suggests leaving a slight gap when tightening clamp on post frame, DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN (See Example)
  • Also the manufacturer recommends you do not force the gate open past 90 degrees while using this gate spring closer

After struggling to find this item in larger more wide-spread sites, I went with the corporate name and had no difficulty in finding Jake Sales or the item in their web site.  Ordering was very easy, follow through from them was timely and accurate, and the item arrived in good condition as expected with no shipping charge.  I could not ask for more.
