I can’t begin to tell you how many local fence companies i went to looking for this type of hinge. Most tried to sell me a gravity hinge which i did purchase from the first place I went to.  The gravity hinge is pure garbage.  I needed this hinge asap has I was scheduled for a CO inspection. I placed the order with  Jake Sales and paid for expedited shipping even though iy was over the 4th of July holiday.  I was certain that it wasn't going to arrive before my inspection. Much to my very pleasant surprise it came the day before. The hinge was excellent quality, easily installed and worked like a dream. I only wish I found them sooner as it would have saved me a lot of time running around not to mention the price was very reasonable.

Doesn’t work well... Left a message with customer service technical support to try and see if there were adjustments for this piece.  No instructions included. I’m still waiting for a call back two weeks later. I would not recommend this product and the company support is questionable.

This product was super easy to install, but it DID NOT come with instructions. Being that you are just swapping out parts on the gate, I guess you really don't need them.  Product works great. Super happy!!
