Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your Order History, then click on the order number you would like information about. Here, you can view the order's payment and fulfillment statuses, as well the items ordered. 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact us to change quantities or cancel an item in your order. Our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you with any of your order questions. However, please note that given our rapid shipping process, any modifications, including cancellations, to your order should be made soon after ordering. For orders placed on weekdays, we ask that you contact us on the same day of your order, as packaging takes place within this timeframe. This allows us to ensure accuracy and expedite your order efficiently.

How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your Order History, then click on the order number you would like information about. Here, you can view the order's fulfillment status as well as a link to track the order. If the order was not made under a registered account, you may also reference the email sent to the contact email address once your order has shipped.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your Order History, then click on the order number you would like information about. Here, you can view the order's fulfillment status and the items ordered. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been marked as "Shipped". If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, please check with the shipping carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "Delivered", please contact the shipping carrier's customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. You can always contact us with questions about the availability of products.
